  1. HAIR COLOUR SKIN TESTS:

  2. As an industry Standard and to protect you from severe chemical reaction, all reputable Hair Salons, including ours, will apply a Skin Test (also known as a Patch Test) to your skin and will be carried out 24 – 48 hours before any hair colour is applied to your hair.

  3. DEPOSITS PAID:

  4. So that we don’t let you down, and to provide the best service possible, we allot time especially for you and your preferred treatment. Sadly, like the Health Service, many people make appointments and fail to honour them, leaving Professionals with hours of unfulfilled time that could have been usefully used with another client. It is with regret that we find ourselves charging you a deposit for many of our treatments, happily, this deposit money will be counted towards the final cost of your treatment. Should you fail to attend your appointment and not give more than 24 hours notice, then you will forfeit your entire deposit as our time and expertise will have been lost.

  5. MISSED APPOINTMENTS
    Just that you know, and to provide the best service possible, when you make an appointment with us, we allot time especially for you and your preferred treatment. Sadly, like the Health Service, some people make appointments and fail to honour them, leaving Professionals with hours of unfulfilled time that could have been usefully used with another client.

    We would really appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation and if less than 24 hours, then a 50% cancellation fee will be asked of you.

  6. LATE APPOINTMENTS

    We understand that things do come up and life doesn’t always run as smoothly as we hope and for our part, we will always try to be as understanding as possible, after all, you’ve rushed to get here, found a parking spot and arrived.

    If we still have enough available time we will do our very best to fulfil your wishes, but if the overrun will affect another client’s time, then sadly, we may have to re-book your appointment and charge you for our time and expertise that has been lost.
